In the field of metallurgy, we are developing the LW430 re-selection centrifugal separator. The working principle of the re-selection centrifugal separator is to use the specific gravity of solid and solid, to fix the stratification under the action of the centrifugal force, and to use the special pusher. The heavy phase solids are pushed out, and the light phase solids and water are discharged from the liquid outlet, thereby achieving the effect of not requiring manual continuous operation. When comparing the cost of centrifugal dewatering and belt filter press dewatering operation, the following algorithm is used:

With the machine dosage 4kg/(t[dry mud]), The power consumption of single machine treatment is 0.8kW/m3 mud, flushing water: sludge slurry is 1:1; the dosage of centrifuge is 3kg/(t[dry mud]), and the power consumption of single machine is 1.2kw/m3 mud. The amount of water washed is 0, the electricity fee is 0.5 yuan/kw, the water fee is 0.5 yuan/m3, and the medicine fee is 80 yuan/kg.

Take the sewage treatment plant of 8×104t/d as an example, the dry sludge volume is 10t/d, the sediment solid content is 3% (concentrated sludge), and the mud volume is 333m3/d. After dewatering, the sludge solid content is >20%. Calculated:

Belt filter press: the drug cost is 3200 yuan / d; the electricity fee is 133.2 yuan / d; the water fee is 166.6 yuan / d. Then the daily running cost of the belt machine is ∑=3200+1332+166.6=3499.8 yuan/d.

Decanter centrifuge: the drug cost is 2400 yuan / d; the electricity fee is 199.8 yuan / d; the water fee is 0 yuan / d; then the daily operating cost of the centrifuge is 259 = 2599.8 yuan / d.

The difference in operating costs: 900 yuan / d, 1a in 360d, △ = 900 yuan / d × 360d = 324000 yuan. That is, the 1a operation fee belt machine has a total of 324,000 yuan more than the centrifuge. Therefore, according to the above analysis, the decanter centrifuge manufacturer has reached the following conclusion: sludge dehydration is analyzed from the principle, and the centrifuge is more suitable than the belt machine; the centrifuge has higher separation efficiency, and the flocculation requirement for the sludge is lower than that of the belt machine. Therefore, the drug consumption is low, the running cost is low, and the monthly yield and dehydration effect are good. It is recommended to use a horizontal screw centrifuge.
